Job title: Development Engineer- Change Mgmt
In this role, you have the opportunity to contribute to multi- discipline project or sub-projects of an integral project, in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost and staffing. Development Engineer-Change Management plays key role in driving engineering changes.
Responsibilities are:
Change and Configuration Management of released parts in the MLD (Maintain Launched Design) scope.
Execute engineering changes according to PDLM procedures using tools like Windchill.
Maintain product data including DHF (Design History File) and DMR (Device Master Record) of medical products. Part BOM lists, drawings, master list, changes, test results.
To succeed in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
5-7 years of experience in an R&D environment, preferably within regulated product development.
Proven experience in Change and Configuration Management of released products within an MLD context.
Hands‑on experience with Windchill cPLM or similar PLM systems.
A strong quality mindset and the ability to work according to defined processes and standards.
Strong communication skills with the ability to get things done across cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
Affinity with Agile and Lean ways of working.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for tracking and analysis (preferred).
A collaborative team‑player mindset.
Taking functional leadership in assigned changes, driving alignment, decision‑making, and execution across stakeholders in R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain.
You will be a part of:
Functionally part of the existing Change Management Team within LCM ART.
Organizationally part of the MDC LCM Change management Pune Department within the Mechatronics Development Cluster of R&D IGT Systems in Best, Netherlands.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
