Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven professional to support PMO, Business Operations, Revenue Assurance, MIS, Utilization Tracking (UT), and Billing functions. The role will work closely with Delivery, Finance, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure operational governance, revenue hygiene, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
PMO & Business Operations
- Support project governance, tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
- Drive operational cadence (weekly/monthly reviews, dashboards, action trackers).
- Ensure compliance to delivery and financial processes.
- Support capacity planning and resource utilization alignment.
Revenue, Billing & UT
- Track revenue, billing, and forecast vs actuals at account / project level.
- Validate billing inputs, timesheets, utilization data, and revenue recognitions.
- Coordinate with Finance/Billing teams on invoicing cycles, corrections, and closures.
- Monitor utilization metrics and flag risks/leakages proactively.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and publish regular MIS reports for leadership (Revenue, Margin, Utilization, Billing, Aging, Forecasts).
- Ensure data accuracy across systems (ERP, timesheets, project tools).
- Build insights and trend analysis to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Delivery Managers, Account Managers, Finance, Sales Ops, and Leadership.
- Drive follow-ups and closures on data gaps, delays, and deviations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in PMO / Business Ops / Revenue Ops / MIS / Billing / UT
- Strong understanding of IT services / engineering services delivery model
- Hands-on experience with:
- Revenue & billing cycles
- Utilization tracking and forecasting
- MIS and executive reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, dashboards)
- Experience working with ERP/tools (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Power BI, Jira, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple data streams
Good to Have
- Exposure to audited environments or SOX-compliant processes
- Automation / dashboarding experience (Power BI, Excel macros)
- Prior experience supporting large delivery teams or multiple accounts
