Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and support SharePoint-based solutions that drive collaboration, content management, and business process automation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365), Power Platform, and integration with Microsoft services, and will be capable of leading solution architecture and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and content types.
- Build custom web parts, SPFx components, and extensions using modern SharePoint Framework and TypeScript.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate and create apps with Power Apps integrated with SharePoint.
- Migrate and modernize legacy SharePoint solutions (e.g., from SharePoint 2013/2016 to SharePoint Online).
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services like Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and external data sources using REST APIs or Microsoft Graph.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and governance standards.
- Monitor and optimize SharePoint performance and ensure platform security and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 47+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online/365.
- Strong experience with SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Proficiency in SharePoint site design, content management, permissions management, and workflows.
- Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, security models, and governance.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or SharePoint certification(s).
- Experience with SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or Microsoft Graph is a plus.
Bonus Healthcare Industry Relevance:

- Experience working in healthcare IT environments with an understanding of compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Ability to build SharePoint solutions supporting clinical documentation, patient records access (non-EHR), internal portals, or healthcare operations workflows.
