Copilot Developer - Power Automate/Sharepoint

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including both declarative and custom agents
• Act as a business solutions architect for Microsoft Copilot implementations
• Gather requirements and design end-to-end solutions in collaboration with business users
• Develop custom connectors for Microsoft Copilot to extend capabilities
• Integrate Microsoft Copilot with Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and external knowledge bases
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot existing Copilot-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve integration or design issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and Power Apps development
• Experience integrating REST APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors
• Familiarity with Copilot AI, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and general AI development concepts
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
