Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement scripts on the ServiceNow platform for various ITSM processes
Work on front-end and back-end development using JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, and Angular
Integrate and customize workflows and modules within ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms like HPSM
Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing scripts and code for efficiency and scalability
Maintain documentation of developed scripts, workflows, and technical configurations
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and ITSM processes
