SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

• Able to write medium to complex SQL and handle complex Change Requests.
• Has a solid understanding of the underlying business logic through reviewing People Code, SQR, and PS Query.
• Develop and maintain low to medium complexity queries, including table joins, as well as insert and delete statements.
• Able to read and interpret log files and source code.
• Provide appropriate case closure documentation and recognize incident trends through root cause analysis to enable permanent resolution.
• Offer guidance to end users on the use of applications and have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with ServiceNow to manage and handle tickets efficiently
• Good understanding of Integrations and Messaging

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document issue resolution in business terminology.
• Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
