Salary - 25000 to 40000
Shift - Night Shift (US Process)

Key Responsilibilites
provide Technical Support to end users through voice calls( US Clients)
troubleshoot desktop/ Printer Issues Related software and Network .
Install configure and maintain operating systems and applications
Handle user queries and resolve technical issues within and applications
Good Communication and Customer handling Skills
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS, OFFICE Basic Networking AND Troubleshooting
Ability to work in Night Shift (US TIME ZONE)
