Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Desktop Support Engineer based in Thane. The Desktop Support Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot desktop computers, printer support, and maintain computer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
• remote troubleshooting and support
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• End-user support & Seniors Support.
• Maintenance of Laptops, Desktop, Mac, Apple, routers, servers, Printers, Scanners
• Troubleshooting & Installation
• Inventory Management
• vendor coordination
• Backups & Restoration
• Basic Knowledge of Firewalls & Security.
• Basic Server and AD Knowledge
