We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Chennai. This role is suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to develop their technical skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems and applications.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions.
• Document support processes and solutions in a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.

Skills and Qualifications
