Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in providing technical support to end-users in a Windows environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows desktops and laptops
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications
  • Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure consistent delivery of services
  • Train end-users on basic computer usage and software applications
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and software applications
  • Experience with desktop hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
