Description

The Desktop Project Manager will oversee and drive the successful completion of IT desktop projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and be able to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate desktop project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Facilitate regular project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in project management or related field.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
