Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Drive sprint planning, daily scrum, tracking, and risk management activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, system, and customer stakeholders
- Monitor project KPIs, quality metrics, and ensure on-time delivery
- Identify execution risks and define mitigation strategies
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making
- Coordinate release sign-off and prepare relevant artifacts
- Support customer communication, status reporting, and escalations
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and development processes
Mentor and guide team members for improved performance

Work Experience
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience in automotive software development lifecycle
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Risk management and stakeholder communication skills
- Exposure to ADAS systems and perception technologies
- Basic technical understanding of C++ and Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience in C++ and Python development
- Experience in ADAS perception modules (object detection, sensor fusion, camera/radar/lidar processing)
- Exposure to AI/ML-based perception systems
- Experience with automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262
- Scrum master certification
- Experience in working with global customers
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, DOORS, Git, CI/CD pipelines
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics / Computer Science
- 8–12 years of experience in automotive software development
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project leadership role
