Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Apparel Designer who can seamlessly work across both menswear and womenswear. This role requires a strong balance of creativity and technical understanding—someone who can translate concepts into well-executed products while maintaining a refined, thoughtful design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities- Design & Range Development
- Conceptualize and develop seasonal collections for both menswear and womenswear
- Curate cohesive products aligned with brand identity and market direction
- Introduce fresh, innovative ideas while maintaining commercial viability
- Should be well versed with design softwares to create technical sketches/CADS
- Research & Development
- Conduct in-depth trend research (global and local)
- Explore fabrics, trims, and construction techniques
- Translate insights into relevant, forward-thinking design directions
- Technical & Sampling Oversight
- Create detailed tech packs with clarity and precision
- Oversee the sampling process from concept to final prototype
- Ensure sampling data is documented and well maintained through development stages
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with fit technicians, pattern masters, and tailors to achieve desired fits and finishes
- Participate in fittings and provide constructive feedback for improvements
- Collaborate with merchandising and production teams for smooth execution
Key Skills & Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in apparel design (menswear + womenswear)
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fit
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Ability to build and execute cohesive seasonal stories
- Strong research and conceptual thinking ability
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to sampling
