Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Designer role located in Coimbatore. The Designer will be involved in conceptualizing and creating fashion collections that align with the brand's identity. Responsibilities include sketching and designing garments, selecting fabrics, working on pattern-making, and collaborating with production teams to ensure designs are realized. The Designer will also analyze industry trends, contribute to creative campaigns, and ensure the final creations meet high-quality standards and resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in garment design, sketching, and pattern-making
• Knowledge of fabric selection, color theory, and textile techniques
• Familiarity with design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD)
• Understanding fashion trends and consumer preferences
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an ability to innovate
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Experience in sustainable and inclusive design practices is a plus
