Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can handle customers directly and create customized garments. The role requires good fabric knowledge, design skills, and regular follow-up with the stitching unit from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative and customized outfits as per customer requirements
- Create blouse, salwar, and other garment designs
- Attend and guide customers during design selection
- Help customers choose the right fabric, colour, and design
- Suggest suitable dress styles based on fabric, occasion, and comfort
- Coordinate with the stitching unit and production team
- Follow up on stitching work until the garment is fully completed
- Handle fittings, alterations, and customer queries
- Ensure quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on fashion trends and fabrics
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in fashion designing or boutique work
- Good knowledge of fabrics and stitching processes
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills
- Experience in client consultations and garment fittings
- Ability to manage multiple custom orders
- Tamilnadu based candidates preferred
