Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Brand Designer to support the creation and execution of visually compelling brand assets across digital and offline platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design fundamentals, an eye for detail, and a passion for building consistent and engaging brand communication.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing visual assets aligned with Vilvah's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Design creatives for digital platforms including social media, website banners, emailers, ads, and marketplace assets.
- Support offline design requirements such as packaging, print collaterals, and in-store creatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to understand briefs and translate them into effective designs.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication touchpoints.
- Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms while maintaining design quality.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and revise designs as required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant experience in brand design, communication design, or graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working knowledge of Figma.
- Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Exposure to video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
