About Roles:
We are seeking a Design Verification Engineer with 26 years of experience in safety-critical hardware development, specifically aligned with DO-254 standards (DAL A/B). The role involves end-to-end verification of airborne electronic hardware (AEH), ensuring compliance, traceability, and successful certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute verification plans in compliance with DO-254 processes for airborne electronic hardware (AEH).
- Implement VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog-based testbenches to validate functional correctness of digital designs.
- Perform simulation, debugging, and analysis of design behavior using industry-standard EDA tools.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, verification tests, and design artifacts to ensure compliance with DO-254 objectives.
- Apply functional and code coverage analysis to verify completeness of verification activities.
- Collaborate closely with design, systems, and safety teams to clarify requirements, identify potential risks, and ensure verification closure.
- Participate in reviews, audits, and documentation required for safety certification processes.
- Mentor junior engineers on safety-critical verification methodologies and best practices for DO-254 compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience in digital design verification within safety-critical or avionics projects.
- Hands-on experience with DO-254 processes and DAL A/B compliance (mandatory).
- Proficiency in VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog for functional verification.
- Strong experience with simulation, debugging, and coverage-driven verification.
- Familiarity with traceability, validation methodologies, and verification documentation in regulated environments.
Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Prior exposure to avionics or aerospace projects involving DAL A/B hardware.
- Experience with assertion-based verification, formal verification, and full-chip verification.
- Understanding of DO-178C software interactions with hardware verification (optional).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in cross-functional team environments.
- Knowledge of safety standards, certification processes, and risk mitigation techniques.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / VLSI / Computer Engineering
