Design / Sr Engineer - Exhaust

CAD design for exhaust system components and assemblies
. Perform tolerance stack-up analysis for critical assemblies
. Provide DFMEA inputs and support risk mitigation planning
. Apply DFM and DFA principles to optimize manufacturability
. Support packaging studies and system integration within vehicle constraints
. Ensure compliance with CAD standards and PLM release processes
. Coordinate with CAE, validation and manufacturing teams
. Support prototype builds and design validation activities
. Participate in engineering design reviews and issue resolution
. Lead subsystem-level CAD design aligned with packaging and manufacturability requirements

Define datum structures and support identification of critical characteristics on drawings
. Drive engineering change implementation through controlled PLM workflows
. Support cross-functional coordination with suppliers and global engineering teams
