Key Responsibilities
.Lead end-to-end execution of suspension system programs from planning to closure
.Define program scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
.Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and issues
.Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, CAE, testing, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers
.Act as the single point of contact for program execution
.Develop and maintain standard processes, templates, and best practices
.Drive operational efficiency improvements by reducing cycle time and rework
.Support quality activities such as DFMEA, DVP&R, PPAP, and structured problem-solving
.Monitor and report program KPIs and status to stakeholders
.Capture lessons learned and continuous improvement actions
Key Skills & Competencies
.Strong program and project management experience in automotive programs
.Good understanding of suspension system development lifecycle
.Experience in process standardization and operational excellence
.Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments
.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
.Structured problem-solving mindset with focus on quality and efficiency
