Design Review Manager - MEP

• Purpose of Position
• To ensure MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety) are technically sound, coordinated, and integrated with civil and architectural works.
• Major Responsibilities

. Review and validate all MEP designs and BOQs.
. Check for energy efficiency, safety, and compliance with codes.
. Ensure smooth integration of services into towers and bungalows.
. Approve design changes during execution.
. Support testing and commissioning of systems.

• Qualification and Experience
• Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering masters preferably in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering with 15 years of experience in designing Residential /Commercial / institutional buildings.
• Skills & Qualities:
• Deep knowledge of MEP design and site execution.
• Strong coordination with civil/architectural teams.
• Awareness of sustainability and efficiency practices.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
• Should be able to manage a team under him.
• Should have a pleasing personality
• Good communication skills.
