To ensure MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety) are technically sound, coordinated, and integrated with civil and architectural works.
Major Responsibilities
Review and validate all MEP designs and BOQs.
Check for energy efficiency, safety, and compliance with codes.
Ensure smooth integration of services into towers and bungalows.
Approve design changes during execution.
Support testing and commissioning of systems.
Qualification and Experience
Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering masters preferably in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering with 15 years of experience in designing Residential /Commercial / institutional buildings.
Skills & Qualities:
Deep knowledge of MEP design and site execution.
Strong coordination with civil/architectural teams.
Awareness of sustainability and efficiency practices.
