Design Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Design Manager will oversee and coordinate architectural and design projects while ensuring that aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements are met. Key responsibilities include managing design teams, reviewing and approving design documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high quality. Additionally, the Design Manager will provide innovative solutions to design challenges and adhere to project budgets and regulations.

• Proficiency in architectural design, space planning, and construction techniques
• Strong project management skills, team leadership, and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of design software and tools such as CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Understanding of design standards, building codes, and sustainable design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
• Previous experience in managing diverse design projects in residential and commercial spaces is preferred
