Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's/ Master's degree on Design and a minimum of 6 years UI/UX design experience for services and products
- Experience with running teams of design teams and collaborating with delivery, customer success teams
- Experience building b2b and AI/ML products with understanding and interest towards analytics
- Strong ability to influence and inspire folks in the organization to adopt more design principles while working on projects
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, InVision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Experience with building design strategy for service organizations
- Experience building visualizations and business dashboards
- Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Business-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
