Design Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Design Managerto design and execution of interior fit-out projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior architecture, project coordination, and stakeholder management. This role involves overseeing the entire design process, from concept development to handover, ensuring design integrity, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design development of interior fit-out projects including corporate offices, retail, and hospitality spaces.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Prepare and review design drawings, presentations, and detailed working drawings as per project needs.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, sustainability standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent into the build process.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals throughout the design stages.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure execution aligns with design intent.
• Lead and mentor junior designers and CAD teams.
