Role Description
Verano Interiors is seeking an experienced and visionary Design Lead for a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata. The Design Lead will oversee end-to-end project design, client collaboration, and conceptual development. Responsibilities include leading design teams, developing creative ideas, managing project timelines, reviewing design plans, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. The Design Lead will also mentor junior designers and coordinate closely with other departments to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Interior Design, Space Planning, and Design Visualization
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
- Proven experience in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Mentorship
- Excellent Client Engagement, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Familiarity with emerging design trends and the ability to integrate innovative ideas
- Prior experience in residential and commercial design projects will be an advantage
