Role Overview
We're looking for a seasoned Designer who can drive visual storytelling across digital-first campaigns, lead a team of designers, and translate strategic ideas into high-impact creative output. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on design expertise + team leadership + campaign thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of designers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Translate brand strategy and campaign ideas into compelling visual narratives
- Conceptualize and execute integrated advertising campaigns across digital platforms
- Collaborate with copy, strategy, and account teams to bring ideas to life
- Present design concepts and creative directions to internal teams and clients
- Oversee end-to-end design execution—from ideation to final output
- Guide the team on visual styles, layouts, typography, and motion design
- Work across formats: social media, ad films, digital campaigns, and branded content
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a digital-first advertising agency
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring design teams
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-led, digital-first creative work
- Experience working on integrated advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Exposure to motion graphics, animation, and 2D/3D design
- Familiarity with AI-led design tools is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
