Professional Synopsis

Design Head with 15 years specializing in High-Rise & Commercial projects. Expert in leading civil + interior design from concept to handover for IT parks, corporate offices, retail, malls & premium high-rise towers. Strong in large-scale coordination with architects, MEP, façade, PMC & contractors.

Core Expertise

- High-Rise Civil Design: Tower layouts, core & shell coordination, façade detailing, municipal/high-rise approvals, GFC, structural + MEP clash resolution

- Commercial Interiors: Grade-A office design, lobbies, retail fronts, F&B, agile workspaces, brand-aligned aesthetics, tenant improvement works

- Project Leadership: Design management for 2M+ http://sq.ft, value engineering, BOQ + budgeting, tender specs, vendor finalization, site QA/QC

- Compliance: NBC, fire norms, green building codes, IGBC/LEED, RERA documentation support

Technical Stack

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Navisworks, MS Project | BOQ, rate analysis, design SOPs, material library standardization
