Job Description

Perform structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures for telecom and general infrastructure projects
Carry out static calculations for both small and large-scale projects, ensuring safe and efficient design solutions
Design telecom towers and mast structures using steel and concrete, covering both tender and detailed design stages
Prepare structural drawings, including fabrication and production drawings for construction execution
Assist in the strengthening and rehabilitation design of existing steel and concrete structures
Utilize structural design software such as STAAD Pro and ETABS for modelling and analysis
Use CAD tools like AutoCAD or ZWCAD for preparation of engineering drawings
Support senior engineers in project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Apply relevant Indian standards (IS 456, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 800) and international standards (TIA-222G, EN) in design work
Work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to project success
Maintain systematic work approach with attention to detail and accuracy
Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Telugu for project coordination
Gain exposure to telecom design tools such as RISA/TNX Tower, MStower, ASMTower, and iTowersMW
