Role Description

SplusR Architects is looking for passionate and driven architects to join our growing team. You will be involved in end-to-end project development, working on diverse projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibility

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and presentations
• Prepare working drawings and coordinate with consultants
• Assist in project planning, detailing, and execution
• Conduct site visits and support project management
• Work closely with senior architects on design development

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 0–3 years (Junior Architect) / 3–6 years (Architect) experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
