Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Trainer/Faculty based in Hyderabad. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting design training sessions, developing and delivering course curriculum, providing instructional guidance to students, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. The Trainer will mentor trainees, assess projects, and prepare them with skills relevant to current industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Design Thinking and advanced conceptual and creative design skills.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and crafting effective Instructional Design.
• Demonstrated experience in Teaching, Training, and skill development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
• Industry experience in interior design and knowledge of current tools, trends, and technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
