Job Purpose

Drive end-to-end execution, delivery governance, testing oversight, and production readiness for customer-facing in-store DIY QR journeys.

•  Help support daily execution, testing checks, and release tracking for in-store QR journeys.
•  Assist in turning business needs into basic tasks, tracking project milestones, logging bugs, and helping coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

•  Help write and organize user stories and basic requirements for QR DIY features under guidance.
•  Support daily execution of QR DIY journey tasks across different teams and releases.
•  Keep project trackers, milestone sheets, and dashboards.
•  Coordinate with Business, Technology, Digital Platform, Operations, Risk, and Service teams to ensure closure of pending actions.
•  Monitor project health, deliverables, and readiness across all participating teams.
•  Publish weekly and monthly program status reports for leadership review.
  
  

Required Qualifications And Experience

•  3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, PMO, Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, or BFSI Operations.
•  Experience in product/program management, preferably in BFSI or Sales tech
•  Good understanding of project development/maintenance cycles right from business analysis, feasibility check, development, UAT, deployment, Go-live etc
•  Functional knowledge of Salesforce platform, API Integrations, databases, system integrations.
•  Strong communication & stakeholder management across multiple business and cross functional teams
