idate to lead the planning, development, delivery & implementation of B2B Offline to Online capabilities. The role will work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant and business-focused capabilities.

Duties And Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day execution of O2O2O initiatives across multiple workstreams and releases.
Maintain detailed project plans, milestone trackers, , and implementation dashboards.
Track delivery progress against committed timelines and escalate delays proactively.
Coordinate with Business, Technology, Digital Platform, Operations, Risk, and Service teams to ensure closure of pending actions.
Monitor project health, deliverables, and readiness across all participating teams.
Drive governancestatus updates, and action item closure.
Publish weekly and monthly program status reports for leadership review.

Required Qualifications And Experience

3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, PMO, Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, or BFSI Operations.
Experience in product/program management, preferably in BFSI or Sales tech
Good understanding of project development/maintenance cycles right from business analysis, feasibility check, development, UAT, deployment, Go-live etc
Functional knowledge of Salesforce platform, API Integrations, databases, system integrations.
Strong communication & stakeholder management across multiple business and cross functional teams
