Qualifications
- Graduate with 6-8 years of proven experience in Operations management, technical support and system testing.
Preferred Skills
- Desirable experience in the London Market, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end policy life cycle and Insurance Broker's Accounting (IBA) process.
- Proven experience in an accounting environment within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in client-facing roles, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
- Should be ok working UK/US Shifts
