About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support endtoend Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, month-end accounting, financial analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. This role focuses on businessasusual (BAU) activities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with internal controls, and effective support to finance stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Manage complete accounting activities for the designated area in collaboration with the RMA team.Prepare monthend reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Complete monthend processes including journals, reports, reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting tasks.Conduct financial analysis on key performance metrics and provide insights on request.Perform balance sheet reconciliations and conduct P&L reviews with variance analysis.Deliver clear commentary for the assigned business area.Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, supporting them with relevant financial information and analysis.Provide monthly Forecast vs Actual and MonthonMonth analysis to support decisionmaking.Support SOX controls and respond to internal and external audit requirements.
Who You Are
A certified accounting professional (CA/CWA/ACCA) with 46 years of postqualification experience in shared services or the telecom sector.Alternatively, a partly qualified accountant (CA Inter/CWA Inter) or an MBA in Finance with 68 years of relevant experience.Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications, with strong financial and accounting knowledge.Capable of analysing extensive financial data with accuracy and clarity.Experienced in stakeholder management with strong communication and collaboration skills.Familiar with internal control frameworks; experience with SOX controls is beneficial.Able to operate independently with sound judgement in managing operational finance tasks.
