Deputy Manager | Tanium management |

Key Responsibilities:

• Tanium Platform Administration:
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the Tanium platform, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with senior managers to define and implement strategies for effective endpoint management and security operations using Tanium.
• Monitor the performance of Tanium modules, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize functionality.
• Project Coordination:
• Support the planning and execution of projects related to Tanium implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Assist in developing project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on milestones and outcomes.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline endpoint management processes and enhance security measures using Tanium.
• Participate in the development and documentation of best practices, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness in endpoint management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with IT security, operations, and compliance teams to align Tanium functionalities with organizational needs.
• Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Tanium solutions.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in endpoint management or IT security are a plus.
• Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in IT security, endpoint management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the Tanium platform and its modules is highly desirable.
• Experience in project coordination and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of endpoint management, security protocols, and IT operations.
• Basic knowledge of the Tanium platform's capabilities and functionalities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
