Job Description Knowledge
Based at Bangalore HQ , you would be responsible for undertaking/overseeing the following
across South India.
- New implementations – Preparing the plan and ensuring closures within the
- stipulated project timelines.
- Pre-planned and reactive maintenance works encompassing either ,CCTV ,Access
- control, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address systems , Boom barrier's etc.
- Will take responsibility for all assigned projects from commencement to completion. All
- projects would be completed in a manner that exceeds customers expectations and ensures
- adherence to all company policies and procedure.
- Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Responsible for Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning CCTV,
- Access control, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address systems, Boom barrier is etc. or
- related equipment.
- Follow schematic drawings and building plans in accordance with relevant Codes of
- Practice/Policies.
- Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including
- the ability to digest detailed scope of works, and working drawings.
- Production of high-quality commissioning and handover documentation and as fit
- drawings.
- always Maintaining safe work environment and have a good understanding of Health
- and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc.
- Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and
- functionality.
- Technical Competencies – Essential
- Total experience of 8 to 10 years
- Demonstrate at least 5 years previous experience in a Safety & Security role.
- Demonstrate a good amount of working knowledge of Security Systems
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Experience on working with projects and managing teams.
- Technical Competencies – Desirable
- Knowledge of IP Systems / Networking is preferable
