Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and competitive landscape, identifying new opportunities to enhance the ATS platform.
Collaboration with Development Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support) to deliver product features, enhancements, and updates.
Stakeholder Management : Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product direction and priorities.
Customer Experience : Ensure the ATS offering meets the needs of hiring teams, HR professionals, and candidates by prioritizing user-friendly design, functionality, and performance.
Compliance Security : Ensure the ATS complies with relevant regulations (such as GDPR, EEOC) and maintains strong security protocols for sensitive data.
Continuous Improvement : Continuously monitor and evaluate the products performance in the market and make adjustments based on feedback and evolving needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ATS or HR technology.
Proven experience managing SaaS products or technology offerings.
Strong understanding of ATS platforms, recruitment processes, and HR technology.
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry regulations, including data privacy laws like GDPR.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge on ATS software platforms
Experience in product marketing or user experience (UX) design.
Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies.
