Job Summary:

As Sr. Software Engineer, you will apply deep product expertise and skills by working as part of a PSE team to design and build custom integrations to flow data from-to Infinite Talent BrassRing Product. And play a pivotal role in leading projects, providing technical mentorship, and contributing to high-quality code that meets the needs of our clients and business goals. Working as part of a team that does what it takes to ensure success, you will implement this SaaS application to achieve high reliability and scalability. Candidate is expected to bring extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering robust integrations, tools and APIs using .NET technologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-9 years of experience in .NET development
• Education: B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent specialisation
• Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts
• Ability to work independently and lead projects

Required Skills:

• Programming: ASP.NET, C#, MVC, API development
• Database: SQL Server
• Front-End: JavaScript, jQuery, Angular

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge in below skills is preferrable

• ASP.NET Core, XML/XSL, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular
• REST API, Web Services Implementation
• Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices
• Other: Knowledge on Workday API/Integrations

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration developer to build, design and implement integrations between software platforms, programs, and applications
• Responsible for the technical development of any new data integration solution to be plugged in to the overall data architecture.
• Develop complex integrations using C#.Net code.
• Work closely with developers and other team members to deliver the integrations.
• Design and develop integrations between Workday and various vendor systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Convert mock-ups into cross-browser HTML/CSS/XSLT templates.
• Expert in Angular, NodeJS, jQuery, Ajax.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
• Test and document new features developed.
• Monitor trends in development and advocate technology standards and best-practices.
• Good in English communications
