Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional with background in supply chain management, particularly in the medical device industry.
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling Global Trade Compliance, Regulatory & Customs Compliance, end to end Vendor Management, exposure in managing 3PL warehousing operations and multimodal transportation (Ocean/Air/Road).
Key Responsibilities:
. Global Trade Compliance: Ensure accurate HSN classification, complete import/export documentation, and maintain broker health checks. Collaborate with global teams to stay aligned with customs regulations and lead periodic compliance audits.

. Regulatory & Warehouse Compliance: Coordinate with internal teams to maintain valid licenses (including warehouse licenses and NOCs). Ensure timely EPR submissions and compliance with BIS, DGFT, and other regulatory bodies.

. Vendor Management & Procurement: Manage freight forwarders, CHAs, and logistics partners through regular business reviews. Support procurement negotiations and timely contract management to drive cost efficiency and service quality.
. Invoice & Payment Management: Oversee invoice validation and approval in coordination with 3rd party freight validation partners and finance teams, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments contributing to strong supplier relationships and operational continuity.
. Process Standardization: Champion process improvements and standardization across supply chain operations. Develop and implement SOPs to enhance customer experience
. Project Management: Lead and support supply chain projects, ensuring timely execution through effective stakeholder collaboration.
. Logistics Operations Excellence: Manage end-to-end 3PL warehousing and transportation operations, ensuring service level adherence and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Experience:
. Supply Chain Management: Experience in Global Trade Compliance, Regulatory & Warehouse Compliance, Vendor Management, 3PL, Customs, EXIM, and transportation.
. People Management: Ability to manage team of 1-2 people
. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0/JDE, Business Intelligence, and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint, Power Automate apps).
. Digital Tools: Knowledge of Power BI and other essential digital tools.
. Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills
. Project Management: Ability to manage projects in a diverse, matrixed, multi-cultural environment.
. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
. Problem-Solving/Critical Thinking: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve complex problems.
. Mobility: Should be mobile to take up additional responsibilities and geographies.
Qualifications:
. Education: Degree from a premier B-school.
. Experience: 7-10 years in the supply chain domain, preferably in the medical device industry.
