Job Description
To take care of Plant maintenance activities including instruments failures, replacement, maintenance of PLC / HMI / SCADA and documentation
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- To take care of Plant maintenance activities including instruments failures, replacement, maintenance of PLC / HMI / SCADA and documentation in Unit 1 & 2.
- To ensure maintenance, calibration schedules & related activities in the assigned blocks.
- Support for the external agencies, related to the calibration agencies.
- Support for metrological related activities of stamping.
- Ensuring closure of CCF s & CAPA.
- Preparation of the calibration schedules.
- Take care of deviations, investigations & closures as per time lines.
- Follow up with vendors for material and services as per job requirement.
- Timely closure of all activities.
- Ensure timely purchase requisitions as per supply and service requirements.
- Ensure that all Calibration activities are completed within the scheduled time lines and adherent to calibration policy.
- Verification and measurement certification of vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation.
- Ensure Critical Spares for breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure the Instrumentation systems to meet all online GMP documentation, QMS, EHS, OHC and regulatory requirements.
- Support the peers for activities as and when required within the plant.
- Ensure engineering documents (Electrical drawings and manuals) availability to support breakdown activities in shift.
