Deputy Manager - EBO Operations (North & East)

Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end EBO (COCO / FOFO) Stores Operations
• To achieve topline and bottomline for Store allotted.
• Handling EBO Operation for COCO and FOFO Stores in Area
• Responsible to ensuring profitability of Store in the assigned territories
• Ensure staff and merchandise availability.
• Responsible for Maintaining VM / Product guideline across stores.
• Liaise with key stakeholders: distributors, / Project team and accounts.

Principal Accountabilities :-

• Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple internal teams across all stages until store opening.
• Creating a balance in store count / location growth and demand to ensure optimization & avoid cannibalisation of existing stores.
• Periodic review of with the franchisee on delivery vs promise grid, To ensure that the franchisee is getting the required ROI.
