Job Description

  • Design dashboards and reports for senior leadership to showcase trends in compensation, productivity, and rewards.
  • Maintain and manage global employee compensation data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking surveys to stay competitive in the market.
  • Support compensation budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles.
  • Assist in the design and rollout of incentive and variable pay plans.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across locations to resolve compensation queries and escalations.
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of HR processes including automation and system improvements.

Requirements -

Must-Have:

  • Postgraduate degree in HR or equivalent qualification with 34 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills with experience in data modelling, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical mindset, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred/Bonus:

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, or Workday.
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
