Deputy Manager-Accounts ReceivableThe Deputy Manager is responsible for overseeing the Gross to Net process, ensuring rebates and contract management within SAP Vistex module. The role involves handling high-volume chargeback claims and collaborates cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, IT, and external wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities

Chargeback Operations Management

• Rebate & Contract management in SAP Vistex Module.
• Oversee end-to-end chargeback lifecycle:
  
  

oContract setup validation

oClaim receipt & processing

oDispute resolution

oSettlement & financial posting

• Ensure accurate claim adjudication in SAP Vistex.
• Monitor SLA adherence and claim turnaround times.
  
  

Financial & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure correct accruals and reconciliation with Finance.
• Review high-value claims before settlement.
• Manage G/L impact and reporting accuracy.
  
  

Stakeholder Management
