This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Senior Engineer - Contracts. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for managing contractual agreements, negotiating with vendors, reviewing and drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to oversee cost control, risk management, and adherence to timelines while addressing any contractual disputes or adjustments.

• Proficiency in Contract Management, Tendering, Negotiations, and drafting contractual terms and conditions.
• Strong skills in Cost Estimation, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis related to project contracts.
• Familiarity with Legal Compliance and Risk Management in engineering projects.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required. A Master's degree or relevant certification is an added advantage.
