Role Summary
The DGM – Marketing will lead and drive regional marketing strategy, brand positioning, and project
marketing initiatives across the portfolio. The role will be responsible for end-to-end planning and
execution of ATL & BTL campaigns, corporate branding, customer experience management, media
strategy, research, PR, and sales enablement.
The incumbent will act as the custodian of brand experience across all customer touchpoints and
ensure achievement of AOP marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive launch and sustenance campaigns across projects.
- Oversee segmentation strategy (investor, NRI, corporate, end-user).
- Ensure strong brand positioning and brand health across projects.
- Manage ROI and marketing efficiency.
- ATL & BTL Campaign Management
- Lead integrated campaigns across print, digital, radio, television, outdoor and on-ground
activations.
- Approve campaign concepts, creatives, messaging and media plans.
- Ensure timely release and monitoring of advertisements.
- Drive exhibitions, CP meets, customer engagement initiatives and events.
- Ensure measurable ROI from all marketing initiatives.
- Project Marketing & Experience Management
- Oversee development of brochures, renders, AVs, VR, models and all promotional materials.
- Ensure timely availability of site plans, floor plans and sales kits.
- Guide sample flat concept development and marketing office branding.
- Ensure superior customer experience across key milestones (allotment, registration,
handover).
- Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Lead micro-market and competitor analysis.
- Drive customer research and behavioral mapping.
- Provide product recommendations based on market insights.
- PR & Corporate Communications
- Drive PR coverage in coordination with HO PR.
- Build strategic partnerships and brand alliances.
- Lead award submissions and recognition initiatives.
- Manage annual PR calendar and budget allocation.
- Financial & Vendor Management
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spends.
- Oversee agency performance and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and timelines.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop high-performing marketing teams.
- Drive recruitment
