We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Deputy City Head Sales to lead sales operations in an assigned city. This role involves managing a field sales team, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on field sales experience, and in-depth knowledge of local areas.
Key Responsibilities Sales LeadershipDevelop and execute city-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Drive market penetration and expansion through effective sales planning and execution.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with senior sales leadership on forecasts, budgets, and action plans.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing field sales team.
Set clear KPIs and performance expectations for team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
Build a positive, accountable, and performance-oriented team culture.
Identify and prioritize key prospects and customer segments within the assigned city.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention through coordination with internal teams.
Develop a strong understanding of the local market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Work closely with marketing and other cross-functional teams to support lead generation and conversions.
Ensure effective execution of sales plans through consistent field engagement.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of total work experience, including 3+ years in field sales.
Minimum 3+ years of team management experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of local geography and market dynamics.
Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid Driving License (DL).
Comfortable with daily field travel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
