Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit dental insurance claims (electronic and paper) in a timely manner.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to billing.
  • Follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and rejections to ensure prompt reimbursement.
  • Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs).
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and claim issues with insurance carriers.
  • Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile accounts accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with insurance guidelines and billing regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with providers, internal teams, and insurance representatives
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient billing records.
  • Work on claim resubmissions, appeals, and AR follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely closure of billing cycles and minimize aging.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in dental billing and claims processing.
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Medicaid, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental practice management software.
  • Knowledge of CDT coding and dental procedures.
  • Experience handling denials, appeals, and insurance follow-ups.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Shift Timing: Early morning shift starting from 6:00 AM

Joining Requirement: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
