Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Head based in Gurugram. The Clinical Head will primarily drive clinical excellence through accurate diagnosis, comprehensive treatment planning, and high-quality execution of dental procedures. The role involves handling and supervising complex cases, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.

Key responsibilities include evaluating patient cases, formulating interdisciplinary treatment plans, and guiding the clinical team in delivering evidence-based dental treatments. The Clinical Head will also mentor dentists, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and collaborate with specialists to achieve seamless and effective treatment outcomes, while upholding all regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's and advanced degree in Dentistry (BDS and MDS) with valid licensing and certifications
  • Open to MDS professionals across Periodontics, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics
  • With Minimum 2 Years of clinical Experience.
  • Proven track record of managing or working in a clinical leadership role is advantageous
  • Extensive experience in clinical dentistry and treatment planning
  • Leadership and team management skills for guiding and mentoring dental professionals
  • In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, diagnosis, and use of cutting-edge dental technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient relations and team collaboration
  • Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and implement quality control measures
