We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our team and drive high-quality pipeline through strong presales efforts.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Identify and engage target audience through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Execute presales activities including pitching, qualification & follow-ups
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and targeting
- Consistently meet daily outreach and pipeline generation targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Number of qualified appointments booked
- Daily outreach target (minimum 50 calls/day)
- Conversion rate from lead to meeting
- Lead response and engagement rate
- Pipeline contribution to sales team
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Demand Generation / Presales / Inside Sales
- Strong communication and persuasive speaking skills
- Excellent written communication (email & LinkedIn outreach)
- Comfortable with high-volume calling (50+ calls daily)
- Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
