Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our team and drive high-quality pipeline through strong presales efforts.

If you enjoy engaging with prospects, booking meetings, and creating meaningful conversations — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities (KRA)
  • Identify and engage target audience through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team
  • Execute presales activities including pitching, qualification & follow-ups
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign execution and targeting
  • Consistently meet daily outreach and pipeline generation targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Number of qualified appointments booked
  • Daily outreach target (minimum 50 calls/day)
  • Conversion rate from lead to meeting
  • Lead response and engagement rate
  • Pipeline contribution to sales team
Skills & Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Demand Generation / Presales / Inside Sales
  • Strong communication and persuasive speaking skills
  • Excellent written communication (email & LinkedIn outreach)
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling (50+ calls daily)
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
