Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Campaigns Specialist to join our demand generation team. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns targeted at CXOs and decision-makers of mid-market and enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in account intelligence, personalized campaign execution, and multi-channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with demand gen and sales teams to design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM and email campaigns.
  • Conduct deep account research to uncover buying centers, decision-making structures, and intent signals.
  • Develop personalized messaging and content tailored to CXO personas across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, and events with a strong focus on engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create account-specific assets (microsites, personalized decks, nurture emails, etc.).
  • Use ABM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo, 6sense, or similar) for campaign orchestration and measurement.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (engagement rates, influenced pipeline, conversion) and optimize campaigns continuously.
  • Stay updated on ABM and email campaign best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation in ANSR's demand gen approach.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in services industry.
  • Strong grasp of B2B buyer journeys, especially in mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent skills in account research, segmentation, and persona development.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset; ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize.
  • Exposure to GCC/GBS, outsourcing, or enterprise tech industries is a plus.
